These terms apply to all purchases made on zorworkwear.com (the “Website”), operated by ZOR Workwear. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Products
We sell workwear, safety footwear, gloves, personal protective equipment, first aid and related accessories. We do our best to show products, colours and sizes accurately; small differences from the pictures may occur.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euro (€). Payment is taken at the time of the order by card or by the other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
3. Orders
After you place an order you receive a confirmation email. A contract is formed when the order is confirmed. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price error occurred; in that case you receive a full refund.
4. Shipping
Shipping is free. Delivery times and conditions are described on our Shipping & Delivery page.
5. Returns and refunds
Your right of withdrawal and our return conditions are described on our Returns & Refunds page.
6. Product use and safety
Protective equipment must be chosen and used according to the risks of your work and the manufacturer’s instructions. Check the product description and markings before use.
7. Liability
We are responsible for delivering products as described. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for damages caused by improper use of the products.
8. Privacy
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the Website at the time of your order applies to that order.
