Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to. There is no minimum order value.
Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and the product. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods or due to customs checks.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with the tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Multiple parcels
If you order several products, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Shipping is still free.
Customs and duties
For destinations outside the European Union, local import duties or taxes may apply. These are charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
